Fast Delivery and Careful Packaging

At Terre de Bougies, we offer a delivery service tailored to your needs:

  • We strive to hand your package over to the carrier the next day for all orders placed before midnight (excluding peak periods).
  • An express service is available for any order confirmed with UPS Express before 12:00 PM, only for Metropolitan France, with the package leaving the same day for orders placed before 12:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery within 24/48 hours.
  • The option to have your package delivered wherever you prefer: To your home or to a pickup point.
  • The option to collect your order via Click & Collect at our warehouses in Alsace.

The calculation of shipping and packaging fees takes into account the net weight of the product.



Note: All delivery times are indicative only. Only Express orders may be eligible for compensation if deadlines are not met. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. In other cases, the availability of a specific product is indicated on the product page, and the shipping time may vary between 2 and 5 days depending on the type of product ordered and stock fluctuations.

We reserve the right to choose an alternative carrier for excessively large orders.

Delivery in Metropolitan France (Excluding Bulk Orders)

  • Delivery to a Pickup Point - Free shipping for orders over 60€ TTC up to 20 kg.
  • Home delivery within 48 to 72 hours - Free shipping for orders over 80€ TTC up to 249 kg.
  • Express delivery available within 24h/48h for orders placed before 12:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays. - Up to 65 kg. Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International Shipping (Excluding Bulk Orders)

Switzerland

  • Delivery 48/72h to your home - Free shipping for orders over 150€ TTC up to 45 kg.
  • Delivery over 50 kg is available up to 400 kg.

  • Delivery 48/72h to your home - Free shipping for orders over 80€ TTC up to 100 kg.
  • Delivery to a Pickup Point - Free shipping for orders over 80€ TTC up to 20 kg.

(Zone 2): Austria, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal & Romania

  • Delivery 48/96h to your home - Free shipping for orders over 150€ TTC up to 30 kg.
  • Delivery to a Pickup Point - Free shipping for orders over 100€ TTC up to 20 kg.

(Zone 3): Andorra, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Sweden, Poland & Czechia

  • Delivery 72/96h.

(Zone 4): Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland & Iceland

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination country, and the selected shipping method.

Our Carriers

Colissimo Pickup Point & Home Delivery

Delivery to a pickup point or home within an indicative time frame of 24 to 72h after package preparation.

Pickup Point

Delivery to one of 17,000 post offices in Metropolitan France or one of 16,000 pickup points in the Pickup network. Your order will be available for 10 days.

Home Delivery

Delivery is made against signature. In case of absence, you can choose, by connecting to the La Poste website, a new delivery date within 6 business days or a deposit of your package the next day at 3 PM at the post office of your choice. By default, your order will be sent to your nearest post office and will be available for pickup within 15 days.

You can track your package at any time on https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois and you will receive an email notifying you of its availability.

UPS Standard, Express & Pickup Point

- UPS Standard - Estimated delivery 24 to 72 hours within Metropolitan France (business days).

- UPS Express National - Delivery within 24 to 48 hours (for all orders placed before 12:00 PM, excluding weekends). Up to 70 kg.

- UPS Pickup Point - Zone 1 - Estimated delivery 24 to 72 hours to one of 2,500 UPS Pickup Points (business days).

DPD Predict

- DPD Predict - Estimated delivery 24 to 48 hours within Metropolitan France (business days).

DHL Standard

- DHL Economy - Zone 1 - Estimated delivery 2 to 4 days (business days).

- DHL Economy - Zone 2 - Estimated delivery 2 to 4 days (business days).

- DHL Economy - Switzerland - Estimated delivery 2 to 4 days (business days).

By Specialized Carrier (Large Volumes)

For volumes over 100 kg within France and internationally, your order may be shipped by a specialized carrier. Shipping by freight or courier is available.

Average delivery times range from 3 days to 1 week.

Click & Collect at Terre de Bougies Depot

Free pickup at our TERRE-DE-BOUGIES depot at 1 rue de la clef des champs, 68600 Volgelsheim.

Your orders will be available the following day. You will receive an SMS or email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
