A fragrance from Grasse “Cypress” for your perfumed creations
This sweet “Cypress” fragrance will allow you to enhance your homemade creations.
All of our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and made in Grasse in Provençal France by master perfumers . They comply with European ( CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE ) and French ( IFRA ) standards.
No scent in our catalog is tested on animals.
Olfactory notes
Top notes are dominated by pine needles and cypress. Pine needle offers a resinous and pungent freshness, instantly recognizable and deeply refreshing, while cypress provides a lightly woody and balsamic touch, evoking the tranquility of vast forests.
At the heart of the fragrance, spruce, mugwort and moorland pine blend to create a complex and deep heart. The spruce continues the resinous note, adding a slightly sweet and fresh dimension. Mugwort, with its grassy and slightly bitter character, adds a rich, earthy texture. Moorland pine reinforces the woodsy, verdant theme, bringing robust, earthy undertones.
The bottom consists of fir and moss. Fir adds a woody, slightly sweet finishing note, balancing the robustness of the previous notes with its subtle sweetness. The moss, for its part, offers a dense and moist base, evoking the smell of the forest after a rain, reinforcing the impression of being surrounded by nature.
Recommended dosage of our “Cypress” perfume
To measure your creations, we invite you to carry out your own tests according to the aromatic intensity you are looking for. This also differs for each perfume.
To incorporate this scent into your wax, we advise you to follow the dosage indicated on the product sheet as well as our guide on how to correctly dose your scented candles and melts.
