There are two ways touse a fragrance to scent a candle. Once blended in, it will spread its scent throughout the room.
The first method, the simplest one, is to add a few drops of fragrance to the wax of the burning candle. It’s important that the candle has a neutral smell. This method is easy, but the scent won't last long. You'll need to regularly refresh the scent with a pipette or dropper. Just one drop is enough.
The second method, a bit more demanding, involves making your own scented candles. You need to incorporate the scent directly into the melting wax in a double boiler or other melting machine. The higher the percentage, the stronger the scent will be. The recommended dosage of fragrance in a candle is 7% to 10%.
