Series TCR/ECO/LX candle wicks

What are TCR bits?

Very common in the candle making industry, Series TCR wicks are suitable for soy waxes , canola waxes and beeswaxes for candles in containers (cast candles).

These wicks do not undergo any chemical treatment. You can coat your bits and they can be mounted on a stand. The first numbers after "TCR" indicate the number of strands on the outside, the second number indicates the internal number of strands inside the strand. These are cotton wicks with a paper core.

ECO braided cotton flat wicks

ECO candle wicks are flat cotton wicks woven with fine paper threads which give the wick a rigid structure without the need for a core. An excellent choice for soy candles, this wick has good burning stability and works well in votive candles, container candles and molded candles.

ECO wicks also work well with wax blends and low melt paraffin waxes.

Our LX series bits

Our LX Series rovings are strong, flat braided rovings made from pure warp-spun cotton yarns. They are stabilized by wires with a rigid structure to facilitate the pouring of the wax. LX wicks are recommended for paraffin waxes. They are designed to enhance the burning of scented and colored candles, votive candles and pillar candles. The LX Series offers reduced afterglow, smoke and soot. The position of the wick minimizes or eliminates carbon (mushroom formation).
