Located in the heart of Alsace near Colmar, we created the French company Terre de Bougies in 2012, in order to offer you quality products and support allowing you to unleash your creativity in terms of interior fragrances.
Our history
A family story around a common passion...
Near Colmar in 2012, Asanaty and Bruno's apartment saw the timid but promising beginnings of two DIY and entrepreneurship enthusiasts.
Their story begins with an e-commerce site, launched in a few days by Bruno.
Every evening, after days of work, the apartment would wake up again to the sounds of orders being printed and tape being unrolled.
The hallway was now filled with piles of orders while stocks of molds and waxes filled the garage.
From amateur to professional, our two founders wanted to share their passion and advice with as many people as possible. Terre de bougies was born to share the fascinating world of craftsmanship with as many people as possible.
Our evolution
...transformed into an olfactory universe
When the space became too small, the search for a first location marked the real beginning of their adventure. The arrival of the first collaborators, some of whom are still with us today, allowed us to broaden our vision towards new horizons.
The scented candle trend was becoming more and more present, so the founders began to work tirelessly with our teams, enriching the Terre de Bougies range with unique, specially developed fragrances.
Over time, TDB has become the reference brand for DIY scented creation. The e-commerce platform is diversifying into different olfactory areas such as textile mists, soaps, diffusers, and even cleaning products.
All this with always a single objective for our partners: to guarantee a level of service and support at the top of your concerns while offering innovative products.
Today, surrounded by a team of around twenty enthusiasts, Asanaty and Bruno continue to share their vision and passion with you in order to offer your customers products that are a true symbol of excellence and authenticity.
