Vegetable glycerin is a natural liquid that is creamy to the touch, colorless and clear, and very hygroscopic (which allows it to capture ambient humidity).
- In cosmetics, for the production of creams, shampoos, shower gels, glosses and other products, it is also one of the compounds of hydroalcoholic gels and solutions.
- Soluble in water and alcohol, but not soluble in oils.
- non-hazardous, glycerin is not affected by the CLP regulation.
How to make a homemade hydroalcoholic solution?
In an empty bottle, pour:
- 80-90% isopropyl alcohol
- 10-15% vegetable glycerin
- 1-2% candle fragrance of your choice
Mix everything together, your hydroalcoholic solution is ready.
