Isopropyl Myristate - Plant origin

Isopropyl Myristate is an emulsifying base of plant origin. It is a colorless and odorless oily liquid. It allows greater diffusion of the scent of your candle or diffuser with rods. It also allows you to obtain good adhesion of the wax against the glass and to create scented liquid mixtures.

Create scented liquid mixtures

To create your scented liquid mixture, use 90% myristate mixed with 10% perfume . You can then add mica and/or glitter to embellish everything. You can use your mixture in a burner in the same way as fondant. There is no risk of the product igniting.

Myristate for your poured candles or scented melts

Pour 5 to 10% isopropyl myristate into your fragrance oil just before adding it to the wax (for 100 ml of perfume - 10 ml of isopropyl myristate).

Myristate for your stem diffusers

Pour into the bottle a preparation composed of 20% myristate and 20% fragrance and 60% 90° pharmacy alcohol.
