A fragrance from Grasse "Onyx" for your perfumed creations
This sweet “Onyx” fragrance will allow you to enhance your homemade creations.
All of our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and made in Grasse in Provençal France by master perfumers . They comply with European ( CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE ) and French ( IFRA ) standards.
No scent in our catalog is tested on animals.
Olfactory notes
Top notes open with a robust blend of pine resin, cypress, and larch wood. Pine resin brings a resinous and slightly sweet intensity reminiscent of dense, humid forests. Cypress offers fresh, slightly spicy undertones, while larch wood adds a touch of robustness and earthy warmth, establishing a powerful, woodsy start.
At the heart of the perfume, iris, cedarwood, and myrrh form a sophisticated and rich central trio. Iris injects a powdery and delicately floral sweetness, contrasting with the vigor of cedar wood which brings a woody and resinous depth. Myrrh complements this heart with its warm, slightly smoky and bitter notes, adding a dimension of antiquity and mystery.
The base reveals vanilla wood and white musk. Vanilla wood, rich and sweet, envelops the perfume in an enveloping and gourmand softness, while white musk provides a clean and subtle finish, reinforcing the sensuality and sophistication of the perfume.
Recommended dosage of our “Onyx” perfume
To dose your creations, we invite you to carry out your own tests according to the aromatic intensity you are looking for. This also differs for each perfume.
To incorporate this scent into your wax, we advise you to follow the dosage indicated on the product sheet as well as our guide on how to correctly dose your scented candles and melts.

Nos parfums peuvent contenir des CMR (Cancérogène, Mutagène et Reprotoxique), mais ces taux (0,1% à 3,3%) concernent le parfum brut. Dans une bougie (10% de parfum et 90% de cire), la concentration est bien plus faible et sans danger dans des conditions normales d'utilisation.
Les CMR existent aussi dans notre quotidien : certaines huiles essentielles, le chlore des piscines et la viande grillée en contiennent sans être interdits. Ils jouent un rôle clé dans le rendu olfactif des parfums, et les supprimer altérerait leur qualité, mais aussi les possibilités olfactives. Quant au phtalate d’éthyle, il est sans danger et couramment utilisé en cosmétique. Rien à voir avec les phtalates interdits dans les jouets ! -
Un parfum doit être stocké à l'abri de la lumière et à température ambiante (20°C). Dans ces conditions, vous pourrez conserver votre huile durant 24 mois, maximum. Si le parfum cristallise, il conviendra simplement de le chauffer à 30°C maximum.

Nous ne proposons pas d'échantillons. Le plus petit conditionnement est de 30 mL pour la plupart des parfums.
Vous pouvez cependant échanger vos points de fidélité contre le parfum en 30 mL de votre choix dans votre espace dédié.
