Discover EcoCoco Container Wax in pastilles
Our EcoCoco Container Pastilles coconut wax is specially developed for the production of container candles. Composed mainly of coconut wax with natural performance additives, this wax is biodegradable, vegan, and does not contain any genetically modified ingredients, soy, palm or paraffin (without traces of GMO) .

Instructions for use of this EcoCoco wax for poured candles
Prepare the containers by cleaning and preheating them. Melt the coconut wax at 70°C . Add the colorants at 75°C for the grains and at 70°C for the liquids. Incorporate the fragrance at 5-12%. Pour the melted wax at 60°C into the containers and let cool for 48 hours before testing.
Preparing the containers
Make sure the containers are clean and free of contaminants. It is recommended to preheat them to around 45-50°C.
Melting wax
Melt the wax at about 70°C. Coconut wax can tolerate temporary temperatures up to 90°C without adverse effects, provided it is cooled quickly.
Adding colorants
For powdered dyes, heat the wax to about 75°C, add the dye and mix until completely dissolved. For liquid dyes, heat the wax to 70°C.
Adding fragrances
The wax is designed to accept fragrances at levels of 5-12%.
For best results, add your fragrance oil as close to pouring temperature as possible and stir immediately before pouring. It may be possible to achieve better adhesion to containers by pouring more fragrance oil than is poured at.
Payment
Pour the melted wax into the containers at a temperature of around 60°C. For best results, let the candles cool to room temperature (around 25°C) and wait 48 hours before testing the combustion.
Containers should be clean and free from contaminants. They should be at least at room temperature, although pre-heating the containers to around 45-50°C may be beneficial and allow for better adhesion.
Safety Tips
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with hot wax, rinse immediately with cold water and consult a doctor if necessary.
